These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website mbkitup.com and all sales made by MBKitup, a company based in France specialising in the sale of vintage football jerseys and sportswear.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version in effect is the one published on the site at the time of your order.

MBKitup sells vintage and pre-owned football jerseys. Each product is described as accurately as possible, including:

• Condition grades: each item is graded on a condition scale (New with Tags, New without Tags, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair). The condition is clearly stated on the product page.
• Authenticity: all our jerseys are 100% authentic. We verify every item before listing.
• One-of-a-kind: most of our items are unique pieces or available in very limited quantities. Availability is subject to change without notice.
• Photos: photographs show the actual item. Slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen.

Order process: by placing an order, you agree to these Terms and commit to paying the price shown. A confirmation email is sent upon order validation.

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe
• PayPal

Prices: all prices are displayed in euros (EUR) including VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before order confirmation.

Security: payments are fully secure and processed by Stripe and PayPal, both PCI-DSS certified. We do not store any banking information.

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received. A tracking number is sent to you by email once the order has been dispatched.

• Metropolitan France: delivery in 3 to 5 business days
• Europe: delivery in 5 to 10 business days
• International: delivery in 7 to 15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. MBKitup is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

In accordance with French law and EU consumer rights, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return an item.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn (beyond trying on), unwashed, and with all tags still attached where applicable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
• Mystery Box items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive with a defect.
• Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item, via the original payment method.

All content on mbkitup.com (text, images, logos, design, code) is the exclusive property of MBKitup or its partners and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of the site's content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Trademarks and logos of clubs and manufacturers displayed on the jerseys sold are the property of their respective owners. MBKitup resells authentic pre-owned items and does not claim any rights over these trademarks.

MBKitup strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on its website. However, we do not guarantee the absence of errors or omissions.

• MBKitup shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or the purchase of products.
• Our liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.
• We are not responsible for service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.
