Returns Policy

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return an item, in accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code).

The 14-day period begins the day after you receive your parcel. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned in its original condition, unworn (beyond trying on), unwashed, and showing no signs of wear
  • All original tags must still be attached, where applicable
  • Accompanied by the original packaging or suitable protective packaging
  • The return request must be initiated within the 14-day period

Items not eligible for return:

  • Mystery Box items (unless defective)
  • Items with custom printing (name and number)
  • Items returned in a different condition than received (stains, odours, damage)

How to Return

Initiate your return request

Log in to your account and go to the "My Returns" section, or email contact@mbkitup.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive your return authorisation

We review your request and send you a confirmation email with shipping instructions.

Ship your parcel

Carefully package the item and send it to the address provided in the authorisation email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Inspection and refund

Once we receive your parcel, we inspect the item and process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item received, the refund is processed as follows:

  • Refund method: refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card via Stripe or PayPal).
  • Timeline: allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. This may vary depending on your bank.
  • Amount: the full item price is refunded. Original shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error or a defect.
  • Return shipping: return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

International customers have the same return rights. Please note the following:

  • International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service for international returns
  • Import duties and taxes paid at customs are not refunded by MBKitup (contact your local customs office)
  • Processing times may be longer for international returns due to shipping delays
